Herbal Recommendations
Herbs are best used as part of your interwoven Web of Healing – as such they can have great power and potency for you.
I advocate that herbal therapies be used together with both conventional and other alternative treatments, however, for certain kinds of symptom patterns, Herbal Remedies by themselves can be particularly effective.In these cases, we can do an Evenstar Herbs Herbal Program.
Evenstar Herbs Herbal Program
The Evenstar Herbs Herbal Program consists of long distant visits by email. We start with you emailing me a summary of what is happening with your Health, Wellness, and Well-being.
I will then email you some follow up Consult questions and may ask you to collect some Health and Wellness information. When I receive all of this information from you it takes about 10-14 days for me to put your Herbal Program together then I email to you.
In an Evenstar Herbs Herbal Program I formulate several personalized Herbal Remedies for you. These Herbal Remedies may include:
- Herbal Tinctures
- Herbal Teas and Infusions
- Herbal Steams, Baths, Compresses, and Poultices
- as appropriate for your situation. Some of these Herbal products you will order through me and some through other herbal suppliers (which I will recommend to you).
The fee for the Evenstar Herbs Herbal Program is $125. Payable at time of booking. This fee does not include any Herbal Products or Remedies.
Included in the Evenstar Herbs Herbal Program fee is one month of email follow up to help you start working with the herbs and to make adjustments in the dosages if needed. During this month of email follow up you may ask me questions about your Herbal Program and check in with me weekly to assess how you are doing.
At the end of the month we have a follow up "email visit" where we assess your progress and see if you will continue on with your recommended herbs or if new recommendations are needed.
If you continue on your current herbs and you do not want to continue with our monthly email follow up there is no additional fee for this visit- you simply continue to re-order your Herbal Remedies as outlined. Realistically, you should expect to work with the Herbal Remedies recommended for 3-6 months to facilitate enduring and stable improvement in your symptoms.
If you want to do another month of email follow up the fee is $45 per month.
If you require a change in formula and/or new herbal recommendations the fee is $125 (this includes another month's email follow up but does not include the cost of any Herbal Products).
If you have several lifestyle, physical functioning, and stress imbalances that clearly are affecting how you feel - such as a poor sleep routine, insufficient protein in your diet, unrelenting stress, etc. - then, at the end of three months of work with the Herbal Remedies, if your symptoms are not significantly better, I recommend that you consider a Web of Healing program rather than working exclusively with herbs. A Web of Healing program works with Herbal Remedies in conjunction with many other threads of Healing such as diet, lifestyle changes, mood and energy wellness changes, nature centered healing modalities, and stress management, etc. To find out more about a Web of Healing program email me.
